Louvre - Venus, Vermeer, Botticelli, Durer

The louvre cooperatively prints the highlights on a map for the herd of individuals trying to speedwalk the largest museum in the world, even so, there were dozens of impatient seppos demanding the docents lead them by the hand to the places marked x on the map . . . 8^D . . . So in addition to the herds of tours congesting the hallways around Venus de Milo and Mona Lisa, the map-followers parade in tandem . . . We did too, but we had our own landmarks . . .

 

Vermeer . . . It just sounds so cooly snobbish to claim to be a Vermeer snob, to me, so we are . . .

Botticelli is such a hoot, even tho the trademark hair is absent, and Mrs, from her education, has been a Durer fan from way-back . . .
