After speed-walking the Louvre, well, that gives a boy an appetite, so just around the corner, Mrs had picked out a nice place, Café Marly . . .
Since we had no reservation is was not possible for us to sit on the terrace overlooking the glass pyramid of the Louvre . . .8^( . . .
But inside was quite nice . . .
We started with Moet & Chandon apertifs, certainment!
For which consideration they brought us some nibbles of black olives & peanuts while we scrutinized the menu . . .
Mrs got fennel salad . . . OMG how we love those inventive french salads . . .
I had a cold tomato soup that did not pretend to be a gazpacho, and yet . . .
Mrs had a main of Salmon with citrus zest . . .
I had a Croque Monsieur . . .
And thereby, combined with the coq au vin sous vide I had just had a Mozaika before we left PRG, basically completed the compulsory section of the program . . .if you see how I mean . . .
