Oh, it seems touristly limited to eat lunch across from the Hilton and to go to the Faust Wine Cellar in the Hilton dungeon, er, basement . . . but lunch was excellent, as was the wine tasting at the FWC . . .
The sommellier was very kind, knowledgeably informative, cheerful, and eager to speculate on good food pairings with the wines . . . yes, it takes 2.5 hours, but if you are racing thru a wine tasting to tick off an entry on your to-do list . . . well, I question your modus operandi . . .
