Mozaika

The 'Lupe' dish of the day: beef tongue quiche . . .
the most delicate, fluffy quiche I ever had, combined with the solid, for lack of a better word, beef tongue chunks. . .



Mrs had grilovany losos s polenta a salsa . . .




The Sous Vide is why I come here, and I don't see any reason to change or stop . . .


















For dessert, Mrs had another glass of Ryzlink and I some armagnac, with our shared tira misu . . .
