out of everything we did in Brussels, in one day, this was our favorite.
it was with sorrow that we only bot one bottle, and because of our huge lunch,
did not enjoy a tasting of caviar or foie gras with champagne.
the young attendant (owner) was sooooo charming, and sooooo well-versed in champagne, it was a delight just to listen to his spiel and ask questions . . .
unlike so many wine poseurs (not pointing any fingers)
his knowledge seemed complete and factual
he guided mrs to a selection of a blanc de blanc, chardonnay only very dry . . .
we can enthusiastically endorse our choice.
