Amuse Bouche: Cucumber-Mint aspic with yogurt cream

Creamy Cucumber soup with Melon balls, scallop carpaccio, & flowers. . . . mrs said the little bachelor button flower was toooo bitter, but I liked it . . . the little purple flower was more to her taste. . . . 

Dinner plate: Grilled Calamari with chilli sauce & grilled onions, Lamb Chops with grilled melon & mushrooms, salad of roma tomatoes & radicchio 

dessert: chocolate fondant with cinnamon ice cream . .  ..
