Wine & Food, Smichov, Prague

it seemed a little chaotic, apparently it always is, very popular . . . started with bouillabaise . . . more austere than most versions, like the difference between New England & Rhode Island Chowda, if you know what I mean . . . I was kinda ambivalent in a disappointed way at the time, but in retrospect, now, it seems very good . . . OTOH, the lasagne seemed perfectly fine, but in retrospect, bleh, but not meh, if you see the difference . . . anyway . . . we'll go back sometime soon . . .
