Worcester MA Art Museum

What a Surprising Venue.


A rather unique Rogues Gallery, that we had not seen juxtaposed in other ancient galleries . . . sort of impressive, if I think about it . . . 
 Caligula, above, and Nero below . . . 
 Old Man Contemplating . . . Jeez, it looked so much better in the dimly lit exhibition, much more moody and complex . . .


I thought these two tile samples, one from the Worcester Museum above and the other from a museum on Rodos were more similar -- they are thematically similar, not so surprising, but thats all.
