We had sampled Sakura at the Prague Food Festival, so now we wanted to see if that was a fluke or not. We had come for the "crunch rolls", which my colleague Michel identified as Tempura Rolls -- ohhhhhhh. But we tried to branch out, a little.
My colleague A* just wanted "ordinary" sushi. But she said it was very excellent. She said at work this week that she was going to take her mother there (in from out of town). Has she ever had sushi we wondered. . . no, this will be the first time . . . So . . . that will make an interesting story for monday morning . . . 8^) . . .
Michel had been there before of course . . . and branched out even more, into the dumplings with soy-ginger vinegar. . . these are excellent, too.
It is such a tough call which is better, Yami or Sakura, both places have special qualities that are unique . . . we'll just have to keep going both places . . . but michel showed us another of his favorites, at the Milhouse . . . sigh . . . guess we'll have to go there too to sample the all-you-can-eat carousel of sushi . . . at least once . . . .
