Kogo @ slavansky dum

Mrs got a "small" green salad . . . we agreed that having 2 or more different sized olives in a salad is the basic benchmark for a classy joint. Delicately dressed, but Mrs added some of the balsamic vinegar they brought to the table. . . . the virgin olive oil was very, very nice also. I ate it on the bread. I saw people all over the restaraunt doping the lovely bread (like a small crispy chibata) with the olive oil. mmmmmm.

my zuppa del fagiato was too salty. . . sorry. . .but I ate all of it . . . it wasn't terrible, just too salty.

Mrs' seafood linguini was ok, the pasta, "filling" she says, but the shrimp were like .. . dare we say . . . pre-cooked? shudda known better than order seafood in prague.

the saltimbucca was fine enough, even tho' those are the saddest looking peas I've ever been served outside of the south (US) . . . Usually tho', idn't't like a veal shank, rather than cutlets?

the wines were fine, we'll go back when we want to set outside, but . . . Ambiente Fresca still seems better to us.
