Aromi



amuse bouchee . . . eggplant caviar . . . meh . . . 

Shrimp & Calimari-in-ink starter . . . last time, Mrs said she liked the prawns best . . . this time, she said I should take the extra prawn and SHE would have the calamari . . . it may-have-been just that the calamari was paired better with the wine . . . 


the new palate-cleanser .  . no longer a slushy of citronic goodness, now graprefruit with unchrushed ice chungs . . . taste good but the ice is too much for the old people unwilling to chomp the ice . . . 


we had monk fish with umbrian black truffle in butter/cream . . . 
jeebus this is the good stuff . . . . 8^d . . . 

fried zucchini . . . not as good as the thin slices in creta, but good enough for me . . . 8^d . . . .

urugula salad with a little frizzie in there too . . . 

monkfish in truffle butter plated . . . 8^d . . .
