Some Super Creamy Foie Gras
Mrs had Cream of Jerusalem Artichoke soup . . .
The menu has changed, maybe even the chef, too . . . but this is a variation of a dish they've served for a while . . . Tuna instead of Nori-Wrapped-Salmon with wasabi potatoes . . . actually green from the wasabi . . . 8^d . . .
I just go for the Sous Vide . . . pork neck on some scrumptiously tainted risotto . . .
