FINALLY, made it over to this place, didn't even know its name, had only seen it from the tram whizzing by Sumavska . . . gorgeous exterior, dark wood panelling . . . not bad inside, neither . . . 8^) . . . very Provencal . . .
Mrs went for the 2 course business lunch, I had the 3-course, we will share the dessert . . .
they had two wines for lunch: a Ryzlink Rynsky for Mrs, and a Pinot Noir for moi, both from Lobkowicz, here in bohemia . . . we were mightily pleased . . .
the soup was as mysterious and wonderful as it looks, like something from the Black Lagoon . . .
Mrs enjoyed her salad, too . . .
Mrs had a mushroom quiche, a very satisfying edition . . .
I had a chicken leg in paprika . . . the potato knidliky was very best-in-show . . . 8^) . . . super . . .we can't wait to go back, the lamb offering on the blackboard looked good, but jeebus. . . not for lunch!
and for dessert! an apricot torte . . .
